i've reached a "decision saturation point" where I can't make any more decisions; each additional decision I'm asked to make is like pushing a wire under my fingernails; i've never reached quite this "intense" level of decision fatigue! please don't ask me where to have dinner tomorrow!!

Sorry to hear that. I think when you’re part of a team/company it’s easier as you can share some decision making. Much harder when you’re a solo entrepreneur/creative. Wondering if you can outsource some of the lower level decisions to somebody else? Like a fractional PA for instance.

It sounds small and even a little frivolous but having somebody help manager your diary, deciding who to meet when and where could cut down 20-30% of the trivial decisions, freeing up bandwidth for more interesting, important or creative decision making.

A proper multi-week holiday where the only decisions you have to make is which of the 5 resort hotels to eat at, which book to read next, or whether you dip in the sea or the pool, might bring your resting threshold down.
