Good morning. I'm taking a closer look at ClassicPress and posting some screenshots of the changes the ClassicPress team has made. #wordpress #classicpress Starting with the general settings page, there is an option to replace the ClassicPress logo on the login page:

Further down on the settings page, there are options to disable Emojis (a seldom used feature that adds extra code to WP), disable XML-RPC (another seldom used feature that is often exploited by hackers), and to enable the Link Manager, a feature that was hidden in WordPress.

On the media settings page, there are new options for media storage folders: - One media folder - Year-based folders - Month and Year based folders - By Category if you have at least one category already. Media attachment pages are disabled by default, and there's a checkbox to turn them on here.

The ClassicPress menu's page is now based on SortableJS and has some accessibility improvements. The menus work on touchscreens now. Also some minor UI changes with the drag and drop icon and more visible arrow icon.
