"Early career group leaders typically join the Crick for 12 years before being supported to move on" does this mean the group leader can only be there for 12 years max and needs to move somewhere else after that?

That’s right - our early career group leaders join the Crick for 12 years before we support them to take up a leadership position at another organisation. Our aim is to give researchers long-term stability, while also strengthening the wider biomedical research community.
