Anchor positioning feels like magic until you realize it’s just teaching the browser where to anchor. Try adding `position: absolute` to the tooltip and `anchor-name: --tooltip` to the anchor. The easing curve here stops the stutter: cubic-bezier(0.4, 0, 0.2, 1).
