Neil Bush voting Democrat in Texas. The Bush family spent decades building the machine Trump hotwired and drove off a cliff. "Character matters more than party" is great. Shame it took until the wreck to say it.

Let’s be crystal clear: Texas would still be a fascist hell hole even if Trump never existed. The rot of the Republican Party existed before he came along and will remain once he’s gone. Republicans drove Texas into the ground…
