At a Michigan rally today, Trump pointed to Nicki Minaj: 'I looked at one hell of a beautiful ass. That's hard to miss. Stand up.' She stood and waved. A thread on who she is standing for. https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/white-house/4779278/trump-nicki-minaj-beautiful-ass/

On Air Force One, his communications director filmed a mock interview and declared: 'I think we may have found the new White House Press Secretary!' The White House account replied with an eyes emoji. https://www.thewrap.com/media-platforms/politics/nicki-minaj-trump-white-house-press-secretary/

The job is empty. Katie Zacharia lasted five days: one 14-minute briefing, questions about calling herself a lawyer without passing the bar, gone. The Minaj rumor started in August as a parody account's joke. https://reel360.com/article/katie-zacharia-is-fired-after-5-days-whos-next-nicki-minaj/

A jury found Trump liable for sexually abusing E. Jean Carroll. The judge wrote the finding matched 'the common understanding of rape.' She collected $5.6 million in July. https://myv101.iheart.com/content/2026-07-17-trump-finally-pays-e-jean-carroll-56-million-after-sexual-abuse-verdict/

Now the husband. Kenneth Petty was convicted in 1995 of attempting to rape a 16-year-old girl and served four years. He later shot a man dead, pleaded guilty to manslaughter, and served seven more years. https://www.oxygen.com/crime-news/nicki-minaj-husband-kenneth-petty-sentenced-sex-offender

The conviction carries one lifelong duty: register as a sex offender wherever he lives. In California he never did. Federal sentence: three years probation, one year of home detention, $55,000 fine. https://www.oxygen.com/crime-news/nicki-minaj-husband-kenneth-petty-sentenced-sex-offender

Even that did not settle him. While on probation, Petty got on Instagram Live and threatened rapper Offset. A judge ordered 120 days of house arrest. https://www.urbanmag-online.com/nicki-minajs-husband-sentenced-to-house-arrest-for-threatening-offset/

Petty's victim Jennifer Hough sued in 2021, alleging offers of money to recant and threats against her family. Minaj was dismissed in 2022. His case is still active. https://www.urbanmag-online.com/jennifer-houghs-lawsuit-against-nicki-minajs-husband-kenneth-petty-remains-active/

Her brother Jelani Maraj got 25 years to life for raping an 11-year-old girl. The judge said he had 'ruined a child.' Nicki wrote a letter for him calling him 'patient, kind and gentle.' https://www.nme.com/news/music/nicki-minajs-brother-jailed-for-raping-11-year-old-girl-2601991

Why the performance? The theory is pardons. But a president can pardon only federal offenses. Petty's registry and Jelani's 25-to-life are New York convictions. The mercy she is begging for does not exist. https://legalclarity.org/what-does-pardon-mean-in-government-definition-and-process/

In January she called herself his 'number one fan' and flashed a Trump Gold Card. It costs $1 million. Hers was free. The White House admitted the card was a memento, not a real visa. https://theticker.org/18294/arts/arts-amp-style/nicki-minaj-given-gold-card-memento-following-a-political-switch/
