Do you have any examples? I followed him closely and don't recall one reporter pushing back on him. Not one.

But also Canadian media should be owned by Canadians & not foreign sources. Any ownership that is not Canadian needs to be more clearly identified.

You got to fight back against this! In the US, 2024 wasn't our first disinformation election. Look at what happened when no one did anything about disinformation. You have the power to fight back. Demand your elected officials ban propaganda and teach media literacy in school.

Why do you blame journalists and not this conservative politician who muzzled media during the whole campaign? Did you watch the news on Facebook? Because no serious media is able to post on meta or twitter. CBC showed how poilievre caged journalists far from podium.

Calling them out on social media should be just the start. In addition I'd highly recommend contacted your elected representatives. Demand regulations designed to put a stop to disinformation and demand school curriculum be updated to fight disinformation like they do in Finland. Also ban Twitter.

"...repeated his campaign slogans instead of answering..." sounds critical to me! I'm not defending CBC's lack of substantial criticism and probing lately, but there's been way worse lack of CBC attack depth than this.
