Unfortunately since we have a SCOTUS that has granted immunity for the POTUS and accepts any pardon as legit, unless states charge her, she is going to escape any consequences. People need to quit bringing up Nuremberg as an example, would mean a foreign nation or nations

SCOTUS makeup, we need to focus on removing the administration, fixing a broken system, so this doesn't happen again, expecting some grand Nuremberg reckoning without a complete Civil War or World War, it's not going to happen.

Drawing a parallel to Nuremberg does not at all mean a foreign nation would HAVE to overthrow us and all that. Its drawing the parallel to the act of holding those responsible when they are no longer in power, and the bit about not being able to claim "following orders" would 100% hold.

I was active duty for over two decades. We completed lots of asynchronous training yearly. One of the longest and most memorable was 1st Trump admin. Personal liability for criminal acts even if under orders. My Lai during Vietnam war was one of the examples.
