People need to Google what communism actually is. Trump and Republicans keep trying to convince us that Democrats are the communists while hoping we ignore what they’re actually doing. One of the biggest examples: the federal government under Trump taking equity stakes in private companies. 1/2

When the government starts owning pieces of private corporations, I’m moving toward state capitalism, a model commonly associated with countries like China than with free market capitalism. Those who think socialism and communism are the same thing have no idea what either one actually is.

This sounds like fascism. The government taking stakes in private corporations for militaristic goals. If MAGA could read anything more complicated than bubblegum wrappers, I would suggest The Communist Manifesto & The Wealth of Nations.

When republicans make that claim or the Media says 50% of youth are willing to try communism. I want people to Google how many communists are actually registered to vote or even claim to be communists in America.
