Calling alleged rape “bad decisions” isn’t a defense of due process. It’s victim-blaming dressed up as an op-ed. If anyone thinks the Cornell 7 are experiencing an unfair rush to judgment, imagine if they were Black men. There would be another Trump-style Central Park Five ad. Or worse.

Well… Andrew Tate’s rape victim was an influencer who has previously said that rape victims should take responsibility for getting drunk and having sex. Then it happened to her. She initially didn’t want to come forward because it would be bad for her brand/ career.

I don’t understand how a society who loves corporal punishment and enjoys the bread and circus, whines when it literally gets what it’s asked for. Let us all stop pretending we live in a fair society and accept we live in one where wealth sets the laws and those who do not have it face the laws.

(Above Left: Social media headline. Above Right: once you open it) You can believe in the presumption of innocence w/out putting the victim on trial.

Wonder if USA Today would have the same op-ed if girls started cutting off men's dicks during sex? Would the op-ed say that the man made a bad decision and should have thought about sleeping with someone he wasn't married to?

They all signed the Laken Riley act. That was one immigrant who violently attacked one woman and we are now kidnapping and human trafficking immigrants. They all hypocrites and liars.

We all know that if these guys were all black, the president and the entire right-wing information ecosystem would be calling for their heads. The racism would be on overdrive.

😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒 Utter tone deaf and glaring good ole patriarchy comes shining through. “They are good boys” “what about their future” “why let a $300,000 education go to waste” this will be Brock Turner 2.0. #MeToo be damned is where we have devolved to in the fall of 2026. Slap the wrist and move along

No one denies that Jane Doe was drunk and drugged, and semi- or unconscious over a 7-hr period. No one denies that in that state, she was purveyed to an entire fraternity as “free pussy upstairs.” Anything that happened to her during that time is rape.

If it were Black Men, they'd have been arrested, prosecuted, and serving max sentences by now. Even as a white person, I can say I HATE the white privilege in our society. It's grotesque and rampant. I hope Jane Doe gets the justice she deserves ❤️

Does that stupid Quisling know that CORNELL found enough evidence of wrongdoing to expel two of the seven men involved and pull Xi Phi's charter? And we are literally arguing that the rest weren't punished *enough* - because, again, Cornell found them responsible for SA.

Law and order has gone out the window. What ever happened to crime and punishment? I don’t care who or what you are but in this country if you do the crime then you do the time! PERIOD! Here we have a president who encourages criminals to act and then profits from pardoning them. WTAF!

Something is very wrong if a woman has to prove that she was raped, and the men who assaulted her just have to prove she chose to get drunk so she deserved it. What’s next…she wore a short skirt, she flirted?
