You need to change the constitution to stop criminals, psychopaths, pathological liars, rapists, people with dementia and halfwits can’t be president.

An upper age limit as well as a lower age limit, and instead of an arbitrary place of birth, impose "can actually get a security clearance", is "NOT a convicted felon", and "must release tax returns to demonstrate no conflicts of interest".
