Nicolás Maduro and Cilia Flores face a new indictment adding a count of conspiring to torture U.S. citizens through "electric shock, asphyxiation, rape, forced nudity, prolonged isolation, starvation, punishment cells, and [...] threats to harm and kill victims' families, including children."

Indictment to personal statements before trial so beliefs can be removed. But from whom? From whom is the indictment? But to the strip them from monies also? And their use. Are these even relevant to the court. Don't think that's me in yours. I don't have the gift at being specious at both sides
