The upgrade to Node 24 with Nuxt Content and Vercel on my portfolio was really painful: better-sqlite3 not working. The fix? Use postgresql 🥹

Better-sqlite3 on server side. Getting from server: Module did not self-register: '/var/task/node_modules/better-sqlite3/build/Release/better_sqlite3.node'. This is working fine on node 22 but not on node 24 🤷‍♂️ I will create an issue on Nuxt Content repository tomorrow 😅

I will try again with your advices but I am pretty sure this is not working. Maybe this is not related to Nuxt Content and more on Vercel side.

if I had to guess, I would say it's an issue with how npm installs native bindings. as to why it's happening on Vercel and not locally, you may need to enable corepack, but check your deploy logs to see if you can get any more information ....

So I tried with npm (the good old one) with corepack. Same issue 😶 I will make a reproduction, maybe this is only on my project 😅 Saw several people getting the same issue I guess github.com/nuxt/content...
