The Ark Hub lets you connect to physical or emulated Arks, manage personal genomic datasets on your device, fetch reference datasets and run genomic analysis applications. The apps listed are examples, directory service coming in the future. hub.dark.bio

All the example apps on the Ark Hub are open source and available on GitHub. They are more of an introductory tutorial to get you up to speed on building your own apps. Go wild building and share it with others; the ark should keep everyone's data safe. github.com/dark-bio/exa...
The Arks can be interfaced not only via the Ark Hub web dashboard, but also via the Ark CLI. It's compatible with macOS, Linux and Windows; is available on crates[.]io and Homebrew. Fully open source. github.com/dark-bio/cli
Lastly all the tools and repos and examples are agent friendly. You don't have to explore and understand everything yourself from scratch. Point your agent at us and we'll let them figure it all out for you! They can even build and run apps for you! dark.bio/llms.txt
