Imagine your feed only updates 3 times a day. Early morning is the main drop and then you get nothing until some updates early afternoon and then the Late Edition in the evening with some more updates.

This is the way I did my corporate email. Beginning of the day, just after lunch, and just before leaving for the day. No work email after hours, full-stop.
