Nope. If you believe someone's committed a crime the onus is on YOU to prove it. Not them. Innocent until PROVEN guilty is how the law in America is supposed to work.

Exactly. Prove your not in the files, cause a reckoning is coming big time.

Unfortunately the burden approve in this case is on the prosecution, as it always is. The files being released do not include the terabyte of photographs and videos. That's where the evidence that can convict will be found.
