I'm not at all sure about this claim. I see it often. What I do think is true is that there is a rise in authoritarian techniques used by ultra rich people to build and guard their power. Russia, as a state, has totally fallen to this. The US is tetering on the brink. Europe in under attack. /

Trump *looks like* a Russian asset because he's a wannabe billionaire using the tactics already shown to work in Russia and elsewhere. There is corruption and alliances across the world, but it's not a coordinated global conspiracy; much more an artifact of a style of gangsterism that works.

As and until all donations, aka bribes are illegal and a criminal offence, for both parties, nothing changes, just the excuses. Political parties (all have to be publicly funded)
