Finally feeling like me again. Been sick for nearly a month and I didn’t know what was going on. Turns out my blood pressure was sky high. Like pass out high. I fought through it but there were moments I felt like I would pass out. I have it under control now and I identified the culprit.

There were these breakfast burritos I was eating. It had 80% cholesterol and 60% sodium per burrito! I was eating TWO in the morning. And sometimes 2 for lunch. Those have been banned from the household. I’m making drastic changes to prevent this from happening again.

Long story short … take care of your health. Read the nutritional labels. A lot of the stuff out there is not as healthy as one would think. I now have a blood pressure cuff and more to monitor things. I was in a very dangerous zone of hypertension — like almost deadly. Take care of yourself!
