Rolldown-Vite is a drop-in replacement of the stable channel Vite, with greatly improved production build performance (3~16x in real world apps) It will become the default Vite version in the near future when it stabilizes.

And then it fails to run in dev mode. Runs fine after switching back to vite

Would appreciate a reproduction & issue in the repo for that as panics should never happen 🙏🏻

I created this issue on the rolldown-vite repo and a separate branch on my repo for testing. All you'd need to do is install the deps and run the dev server using corepack pnpm. github.com/vitejs/rolld...
