Forget the fact that pregnancy is still a risky undertaking, I just want to remind everyone that preventative screenings like mammograms, Colonoscopies, prostate exams and cervical CA can go by the wayside just as quickly and with nearly the same argument. They want us all to die, people.

Wong Kim Ark decision is precedent here, and the question of "under the jurisdiction of" takes less mental gymnastics than Dobbs. Current exclusions are: Children born of alien enemies in hostile occupation. and diplomats. Doesn't seem like a huge stretch for this court to expand the exclusions.
