It's so shameful Elon and Trump are calling you out by name because they feel like you (of all people) are the threat to democracy. Projection at its finest, you are a threat to their lying sanctity. Clearly they know who one of their threats are 💯

Can someone give me a reason not to believe he will egg ppl on until the protests turn violent &he can declare martial law? 2nd question..what would that look like to the average american citizen? #3: what would happen w/Canada, Greenland, Panama &Gaza? I can see him getting a PB to start shooting

So the courts create new USMarshals V2, then we have Marshals v2 against v1 + Executive power via US military. Schoolyard rules, the greater force wins. It would be good if the courts won but i can't see it.

Republicans don't believe in the rule of law. After all these years of these Patriots pushing pocket constitutions, it doesn't appear that any of these racist, ignorant, sexist, self-righteous pieces of horse shit ever read the damn thing.

Aren't we at that point now? Congress is AWOL & the SCOTUS is unpredictable, sometimes functioning & other times not. Gore Vidal warned about the Imperial Presidency & here we are with a useful idiot pretending to be Nero.

1/ The Judiciary has no enforcement agency. If U.S. Marshals are unavailable, courts can: 1. Appoint process servers (no arrest power). 2. Hold contempt but rely on the Executive to enforce. 3. Issue writs, still needing law enforcement. 4. Rarely, rely on Congress (legislative enforcement only)

2/If the Executive Branch refuses to enforce court orders, it creates a constitutional crisis, as it undermines the separation of powers and the rule of law. However, the Judiciary and the Legislative Branch have several mechanisms to respond:

8/ Worst-Case Scenario: If both the Judiciary & Congress fail to act, the U.S. faces a constitutional crisis with risks like: • Government deadlock • Civil unrest • International pressure • Military involvement (historically rare)

6/ Public & Political Pressure: Historically, public outcry has forced compliance. • Watergate (1974): Nixon resisted a Supreme Court order but complied due to pressure. • Little Rock (1957): Eisenhower sent troops to enforce desegregation.

I live on the WC and have not seen any of these guys. I’ve heard reports that they claim to be marshals but won’t tell their names or give badge numbers. This might just be rumors. It’s the internet. But there are suggestions that they are Blackwater soldiers posing as marshals.

Wondering when Big Brother is gonna start monitoring bluesky. When they do (and they will), courts ain't gonna do shit for any and all that post here because they're irrelevant per order of General Bonespurs. All I can say is RESIST as much as u can.
