We need something more ethical than the Bar Association. Attorneys and Judges do whatever they can getbaway with, without doing the work. The profit ratio is abusive. Attorneys won't take old cases for laziness.

Here's the problem.Bar assoc. doesn't provide a service. Instead it emboldens lawyers to behave by intercepting avadavsts to NYS of Appeals, allows attorneys to block opposing councel from retaining, etc. If counsel thinks they can win they will destroy your credit&advise their client to do so.
