That’s the right move, to demand return of confidential state records. These records belong to the state and are NOT federal records. The state has absolute sovereignty over its election processes, outcomes and records, so why is the FBI involved in the Fulton county elections other than to tamper.

These so-called FBI agents are not sworn in to defend the constitution they are Indeed so-called agents sworn only to appease Trump, the pedophile in chief. The true federal employees were removed of their duty during the DOGE purge.
