What “concrete actions” can be taken to block anything that Donald Trump tries to do to the upcoming elections? There should be PLANS in place to ensure elections are carried out “free and fair” at the State level and in Congress to ensure that new House Representatives and Senators are seated…

Perhaps States can call up the National Guard to make sure… - voting process is free and fair and voters can get to the polls - ballots and voting machines in each state are secured, under watch, and not removed or altered in any while the VOTES are being tallied and winners declared!
