Marc Elias has never liked kings. He recoils from them, because the Constitution’s separation of powers is decidedly anti-king. When millions of Americans took to the streets this past weekend and declared “no kings,” they were objecting to Trump’s disregard for these constitutional limitations.

Millions voted for Access Hollywood Trump in 2015 & thus, character and integrity were no longer qualifications for President. Millions voted for a convicted criminal Trump in 2023 & thus, a law-abiding citizen was no longer a qualification for President. These qualifications need to be restored.

We are learning many things about the holes in our constitution because of Trump’s disregard for it. One of them is the courts have no way to enforce their decision if the administration just ignores it.

The death & suffering MAGA policies have already caused are incalculable Allowing them to continue will only bring more of the same there is no lie that these men will not tell no crime that they will not commit The only measure of right & wrong in their view is if their tactics succeed or fail
