Then they need to file a similar suit in Florida. There are a lot of out of state students that attend Florida universities. They need an opportunity to vote somewhere. The Florida SAVE act does not allow them to vote with their student ID.

A deep red state such as Indiana has to worry about students voting. I guess the Governor (an election denier), LG, AG (an election denier), SoS are fighting this to show their loyalty to the 🍊💩
