To keep the conversation going…Alabama Governor Kay Ivey calls a special session to change the state’s Congressional voting map. Alabama Public Radio’s national award-winning investigation called “…a US house seat, if you can keep it” focuses on the issues. www.apr.org/news/2024-10...

The Senate is the most ridiculous institution in US legislature. How has Wyoming with barely 600,000 inhabitants and the economic power of maybe Samoa the same two seats as California with 40 million inhabitants and enough economic might to make it the sixth largest economy in the world?

Despite Project 2025 awareness, the actions of the ideological puritan faction contributed to the party's 2024 defeat. The chicken came home to roost. They're behind the microphone calling themselves Democratic socialists dividing the Pary.🛑This is Not 1848.Be strategic&pragmatic, conscious& #United..💔

Reminder: all white people have to do is show up and vote against the Republican. Gerrymandering works cause white people are lazy and or hateful.

Looks like WE the people need to make sure each American is well informed on the policies and legislations this current administration is trying to implement for our nation as a whole. Americans are in their private silos of information and it is beyond bothersome

serious question here. when they redistrict in louisiana, if it isn't proportionally even racially, could one argue intentional discrimination? i mean, non-black ppl said the 6th discriminated against them. but if they redraw so THEY get a big advantage... could we tie it up in court?
