I'm sure that white Louisianans who vote "GOP" are some of the stupidest, most ignorant people on Earth. So not shocking they'd vote for a bigger MAGAt than Cassidy was. Cassidy learned too late that he should have done the right thing and voted against RFK Jr. He should not have worried so+

Those in the GOP state legislature who stood up to block redistricting in Indiana lost their seats as well, don't believe the hype that magats are weakening or turning away, they are getting stronger and it will be a fight to the literal death to save our country.

Yes, he did then he spent the remaining time bending, twisting himself, placating the WH occupant. He gave us RFK jr. Maybe LA will get its head out of the sand and vote for a Dem vs continuing this rot.

The legacy of racial hate. Whites still angry about losing the Civil War and losing the Jim Crow laws. Also, one of the worst public education systems in the US. The whites with some money tend to go to crummy "religious" private schools, and they STILL end up ignorant.

Living my life in CA , ME, and NY with progressives, I had no idea the breadth and width of racism. It exists in CA, but before Trump , it was more subtle and not as obvious to a white women. My shame
