Trump's latest order will stop them from delivering your ballot to you. You won't get a ballot unless you are a Trump-approved voter. He wants to force you to go vote in person, where I presume he will do something else to stop you from voting or just hack the voting machine.

If you must mail it, check with your election administrator that it was received. In MI, you can sign up for email updates that track your ballot. Soon to add text updates as an option. Not sure which other states have these options, so find out what's available in yours!

My friends at the P.O. are really miffed that they aren't allowed to postmark mail when recieved. It causes late fees and more if postmarked when it's processed. It's also a scam to hold mail-in votes until after the cutoff, with no way to prove when it hit the postoffice.

Don’t do it, we don’t have a President, we have a Dictator Monster rising. He, his Admin, the GOP will be held accountable once Dems & Mod Repubs turn Congress Blue! We can’t leave our kids their kids in a Hitler 2.O HELL Time people do their duty, our Soldiers did theirs. We got their backs too

Any postal worker delaying or not delivering mail-in ballots would be in violation of federal law. They can't pick and choose what to deliver.

I'm a person who cannot go vote due to disabilities so I and my caregiver vote by mail. Why can't folks like me sue? Do we not have standing? Are we not being harmed by a questionable legal policy change? 🤔 Does it not infringe on my state's rights as well? Seems like a class action to me... AG's?

If you have a Legal Aid nearby, contact them, or Marc Elias’s Democracy Docket or the organization CREW. Both of those could answer your question and also let you know if anyone is currently pursuing legal action. Democracy Docket has about 4 dozen voting and elections related lawsuits in process. 🤞
