BREAKING: In a huge win for voters across the country, the Supreme Court ruled 5-4 to uphold grace periods for mail ballots. States CAN count ballots postmarked by Election Day but received after Election Day.

Once again confirming that it is states that have authority over elections, the president has NO authority regarding how states run elections. Let’s note for posterity that it is REPUGS who are trying to run over states’ rights as enumerated in the Constitution. Dems are defenders of democracy.
