NEW: Pennsylvania's top election official is demanding DHS explain how it arrived at its claim that 15,000 noncitizens are registered to vote in the state. Until DHS explains, the Republican official says he won't take steps that could remove eligible voters or compromise Pennsylvanians' privacy.

The question really becomes; are they just shameless liars or are they truly that deluded? As always when religious fanaticism is involved, that specific question is very VERY hard to answer with any degree of certainty

Well ya see, we took all them people with funny foreign sounding names and compared it with a list I got from my buddy over here. then added in a lil Kentucky windage, and there ya go. 15,000.

This is what the media and pols need to start doing anytime these idiots make ridiculous claims. Ideally, go in with receipts in advance. We all know the regurgitated lies. For many, these obvious lies are brushed off. "They lie, everyone knows this". Others take them at their word.
