I went to vote and was told I was ineligable because I moved out of state I have lived in Virginia since 1979 I had to fill out paperwork and do a provisional ballot Best guess - I was out of state for 2 weeks, did some online shopping that was delivered to me there... But how would they know that?

It’s not “sometimes”. Sometimes is infrequent but can happen in the last few years of Republican fear mongers it’s become common and purposeful political purges. The harder they make it to the vote the more your voice matters! Vote often and frequently even if it’s for small things.
