Why did the various country registrars not notice there were no voter registrations coming from the DPS for a full year?

How can this be cured before the elections? Does TX have a list of those who were not registered via the DMV? If so, they should be able to do bulk updates of the county registration records. At a minimum, all polling sites should have big signs noting that provisional ballots are available to all.

Everyone in TX should check on their registration status while there is still time to remedy.

Everyone who believes this was a "MISTAKE," please feel free to hold your breath until after the election.
