Pre filled ballots sounds a lot like fraud and deception

Can yard signs and billboards with the same information be used to bridge the gap?

I hope someone will reach out to these people to let them know that their ballots aren't coming....

Just do what the white house does and ignore the courts

You know the few are controlling the many when a state fears the votes of its own voters.
