I think SC Justice Kagan's comments are too kind. My opinion, The Federalist Supreme Court Justices are attacking US Democracy in a deliberate attempt to impede it's functionality and endanger its survival.

The SCOTUS 6 are enabling and supporting Trump's Fascist authoritarian regime because they don't want a democracy. They want rule by a few white Christian men who also want rule by a few white Christian men.

Election day is in 13 days. We will see soon enough how SCOTUS handles Trump's election interference. Will they give trump that unconstitutional power which no other president has had before him? Be prepared for anything

The whole point in conservative politics is that “democracy does not work as well as it should”. What they seek to conserve is the control of government in the interests of the wealthy.
