The DOJ burned its credibility with the courts over a golf course overhaul. A golf course. Every serious case those lawyers touch now pays for that, and they torched it for landscaping.

This happened on January 6 a couple years ago. Amend your moribund Constitution? "Sorry; above my pay-grade"

I don't think these days are "coming" to an end, those days have ended. Courts now must assume this and act accordingly.

the judge is furious but still keeps throwing out chances for this corrupt DOJ. So what, she gonna send them a hateful letter, fine them a hundred bucks or maybe make the lawyers spend 15 minutes in jail. There’s no real consequences for them or Trump & they know it! That’s why nothing has changed

😡😠Judges should know by now that they can't trust Trump to follow court rulings. This is 2026 and trump has been defying court orders since the 1970's.

It seems a problem to me that there's this concept of a 'presumption of regularity'. Sort of makes the justice is blind bs even more pathetic. That's too cozy a relationship and it's causing great harm in faith of our government.
