UPDATE: Republicans are supporting the "reasonableness" of the DOJ's legal effort to force California to set aside mail ballots from 20k voters it alleges are noncitizens. The filing comes hours before a judge will hear arguments on the DOJ's request to force the state to set aside the ballots.
