UPDATE: We’re expanding our case challenging the Trump-Vance admin’s plans for armed agents at polling places. This expansion includes adding Hennepin County, MN, as a plaintiff and making a new claim under the Voting Rights Act, which prohibits intimidation, threats and coercion related to voting.

The Trump-Vance admin wants armed ICE officers to conduct immigration enforcement operations in polling places during the November midterm elections. This unlawful attempt to threaten voters must be stopped. Our courageous clients will see to it in court.
