I’m not sure anyone ever intended the pardon power to extend to making people unaccountable for all actions past, present, and future. But then, I was pretty sure the president’s authority didn’t include sending the military to murder opponents. SCOTUS set me straight on that one.

Pardoning someone for something they haven't done yet? I honestly don't think it will ever stand up to legal scrutiny.

If they get pardons then they can’t “plead the 5th”. Interview them all and gain information to press charges on others. Bankrupt these fascists with legal fees. Will there be a list of what specific crimes they are being pardoned from?
