Oh, according to the Incorporated Societies register they did file financials for FYE 31st May 2024 - an AGM was held May 2025. Currenly sitting on 40k Assets. app.businessregisters.govt.nz/sber-busines...

The website (atu.org.nz) is offline so I can't even manage my membership and if they don't reregister under the new societies act (or decide to wind down) then they will lose control of their assets. 😬
