D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser should make an "executive order" that NO CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES can enter any area within DC unless authorized by her. All equipment attempting to circumvent her order should be SEIZED and impounded to eventually be SOLD IN AUCTION.
