just read about the student-led election victory in serbia, and along with the brazil election results, it's honestly given me a lot of hope for the future

like obvs electoralism isn't the end all be all, but the stuff we're seeing rn, in spain, france, italy, albania, bangladesh, etc. it really points to a deep anti-establishmentarianism that has taken root amongst the masses, and that's very different than what we've typically seen in recent years
