In ALL my 69 years, I have NEVER heard a POTUS speak to giving a foreign country allowance to ATTACK an AMERICAN CITY (LA-SD). This is NOT leadership this is TREASON against one of OUR OWN, be red or blue! I find this DISGUSTING not funny!🇺🇸
