For various reasons, today was my personal deadline for Sony to reverse course. They didn't, they doubled down. So I guess I'm done /w them, game collecting and even buying games as a whole. This industry clearly hates customers like me, despite my excessive game spending. Fine, GOG backlog it is.

Well I'll be "cautiously moving away" from playstation. No more digital purchases, just will buy phisical releases until I can, then might just move to pc.

If you are dissatisfied with PlayStation halting the production of physical game discs, write and address your concerns to the SONY GROUP Board of Directors. Put your thoughts into a polite and respectful one-page typed letter to the SONY Group in Japan. See image below. Spread the word. Repost.

I’m giving up on Playstation, not on physicals. I been with the brand since PS1 and the main reason for this was the physical media, this fact was very important for me to support them. Dropping physical support is droping me as a user/fan. But I will keep supporting ownership as much as I can.
