Hollywood is not "pivoting" to vertical video. It's articles like this that caused the idiotic push to silvered 3-D screens which ruined traditional cinemagoing (remember when "every film would be in 3-D!"), and that fizzled. A whole century of filmmakers are screaming from the grave.

Noone likes vertical video. The only people who use it are too tech illiterate to film in a proper aspect ratio (aka apple izombies.)
