YouTube is absolutely unusable. It’s like that episode of Black Mirror where the guy is confined to a small room, and forced to watch ads on repeat. Egregious UX.

Not unusable by accident. The product is doing exactly what its incentives reward — the version we see is the one those incentives were always going to converge to.
