Honestly hate telling people that when I’m sick it’s the Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). Depression isn’t being sad. It’s the complete apathy for things, even more so for things you enjoy doing. The exhaustion, the inability to get out of bed or motivate yourself to do basic things.

When I think of when I was happiest, it’s always the times I got out of bed and just did art and work the entire day. Now even a half hour is a struggle. Medication randomly making me shake so bad I can’t thread a needle. No energy to move things around when something needs an ounce of strength.
