I have never been a good bailer, only more recently, found both relief and frustration in it. I finally properly reorganized my shelves and now have the stack of ~60-70 unread books I own (not counting poetry, that's a separate stack) easily accessible and am going in with a bail-ready mindset lol

truly changed my life once I learned how to bail — but it can still be hard, especially when it's stuff you go in expecting to like. but so roll the dice, you know?

hahaha the very thought of bailing out of writing three books in a few days gives me the vapors!! no, at least writing's going okay — but yeah, it's nice to let go of a read that isn't working, just always feels weird for like an hour each time.
