Keep reporting any website they try to bring up to the abuse department of the domain registrar and hosting company if it can be found. Do a whois on the domain to find the registrar and their abuse email. Be sure to point out they are trying to incite violence.

It's some tiny percentage of the stores that sell most of the guns that end up in bad situations. If the public knows the name and addy of those local businesses, public pressure might accomplish informally what Courts protect them from legally.
