does yours capture the diff alongside the prompt or just the raw text? the prompt alone feels like it'd be useless for debugging without knowing which files got touched and what changed

I started with saving every prompt but it ended up being too granular, I may save a plan or ADR for bigger changes. I’m watching projects that streamline passive session capture across agents like Git memento, agent-trace.dev , and entire.io . Thanks for sharing your hooks!
